Declaration
I give permission for my child to attend a Ready Set Netball (Netball Skills & Netball Camps) consent to any emergency medical treatment where necessary.
Data Protection
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Refunds & Cancellations
If the participant withdraws after being accepted refunds will not be made. In the unlikely event of the course being unable to run - Ready Set Netball will rearrange the classes.
In the event of severe weather conditions an alternative theory coaching programme will be delivered for our skills session.
Photography
Photographs will be taken of participants during our Ready Set Netball sessions to be used for promotional material.
If a participant has strong views about not having their image publicised, they will need to make this clear before the classes.
All photographs will be stored securely and no names will be used in this storage or when used in promotions.
Insurance & Liability
Our coaches are covered by Public Liability Insurance from the UK.
Ready Set Netball cannot be held responsible for any act, omission or loss or damage unless proven to be caused by Ready Set Netball's negligence. Ready Set Netball does not accept responsibility for events which are outside of our direct control.
Personal Property
Unfortunately, our staff do-not have the facilities to store valuable items securely at any of our sites and therefore it is important that you ensure children do not bring valuable toys and belongings to any Ready Set Netball sessions. Ready Set Netball will accept no liability for loss, damage, vandalism or theft of personal property owned by you or your child during a Ready Set Netball session.
We will operate a lost property system but we cannot guarantee the return of lost items. To allow us to return your lost property, please ensure that all personal items, including all clothing, are clearly labelled with the child’s name.
Camp Drop Off / Collection
Parents/Guardians must sign a registration book when dropping off and collecting children
In the event that somebody different is to collect a child at the end of the camp, please ensure they know the password. In all instances where it is possible to contact Ready Set Netball please do so to ensure the staff are kept informed of the new collection
Health & Safety
A full risk assessment will be carried out before any activity takes place at a new venue.
Child Protection & Safeguarding
Ready Set Netball is firmly committed to creating and maintaining a safe and positive environment for all young people to play netball. Ready Set Netball accepts its responsibility to safeguard the welfare of all young people and protect them from poor practice, abuse and bullying.
With this in mind, Ready Set Netball follows the practice guidelines of England Netball who have developed a Safeguarding and Protecting Young People in Netball Policy, Procedures and Guidelines that will apply to all individuals involved, paid or in a voluntary capacity in Ready Set Netball.

Ready Set Netball has in place measures to safeguard each individual child. These include:
- At least one coach per camp with First Aid qualifications
- Each child is required to be signed in and out at the beginning and end of each session
